Description
Yei Bi Chei and Totem Pole in Monument Valley, on the border of Utah and Arizona on the Navajo Tribal lands. Yei Bi Chei is Navajo for "prayer warriors". Stop for a second and listen as you place yourself in this photograph. You can almost hear the song and dance of the Navajo Indians that roamed this land.

Wow, what an amazing scene and capture! Love the patterns created in the sand by wind, I presume. Monument Valley is one of the places still on my "bucket list." Great work, congrats on the features! LF

I agree Karen. I look at this sometimes and I think it is a compilation or that the sky has been dropped in. I have been know to replace a sky but very rarely. This one is one of those special instances where the image speaks out in different ways depending on how you look at it.

I hope you take this the right way....this is so beautiful it just doesn't look real! Just stunning simplicity of design, but so much interesting detail! the colors are so rich and the lighting is perfect! love the rippled pattern of the sand...wow!...fv

Wonderful pano George, like the little cloud to add interest to the sky and love the no trace of man.
