Description
An intimate presentation of the Ernst Tinaja at Big Bend National Park in Texas. A tinaja is a depression carved into bedrock by waterfalls or are caused by sand and gravel scouring in intermittent streams (arroyos). The pools formed in the river bed are a vital source of hydration throughout the dry desert months. The Ernst Tinaja is surrounded by beautiful limestone rock making this an even more striking location.

This is fantastic, George! I love the colors, textures and abstract beauty of this capture so much, but even more I love the mental exercise it gives us in understanding what is real and what is illusion . . . . really love this!.....fv
