Temple of Nature. This is the view from Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park in California. From this point, one can see Half Dome, Vernal Fall, Nevada Fall, and Yosemite Valley. I fell in love with this particular area in the Sierra Nevada mountains and could have staid in this location for hours absorbing the peace and tranquility I felt the minute we reached this view.
John Muir wrote "It is by far the grandest of all the special temples of Nature I was ever permitted to enter.” I now know exactly how he felt.
