Description
Death Valley National Park is the hottest, driest location on the North American Continent. This is not a location where one would expect to see millions of yellow Desert Gold wildflowers and desert sunflowers. This vista was taken in February of 2016 when Death Valley National Park was carpeted with millions of colorful wildflowers. The super bloom is happening in 2016 for the first time in a decade because of three rainstorms that showered the desert landscape in October 2016.
